Yesterday, we went to a family night we had scheduled and it just so happened that like 16 people showed up; 14 of them being investigators haha. You could say I was a bit nervous to be teaching that many people but the lesson went well and we taught with the Spirit. As for more of the work, three of our investigators made it to church this Sunday and we're still working with them to set dates for baptisms. They've expressed their desires with us to be baptized but work schedules/family issues have been holding them back from setting a sure date but I'll be sure to keep you guys updated more on the work.
On Thursday, I had an idea that we should dedicate our house (because no one had done it yet since we're new there), and let me tell you the results/blessings of doing it did not go unnoticed. So my invitation for you guys this week is to (if you haven't already), is to dedicate your house. Yeah.
This past week makes it six months for me out on the mission, and man let me tell you has it blown by for me. It's crazy to think I'm already a quarter of the way done with the mish, and I can't wait to have more experiences and success out here.
Everything else has been going well for me, I wish I had more to say but nothing suuuper notable happened. This is probably going to be my last transfer here in Nogales, I'm hoping to go to either Puerto Peñasco, Hermosillo, or Guaymas next month but we'll see what happens there haha. Thanks again for all the support, I hope this week goes great for you guys, remember who you are and what you stand for.
Love, Elder Thayne
