Well it was another great week down here in Hermosillo! Everything is going great, my comp and I have been working well like always and it's been a bit better because the heat hasn't been as strong as it was in the past.
We have a young boy, Doriam (11yo), with a baptismal date set for this Friday and we're hoping he'll be ready for his baptism at that date to make sure that I´ll be here for him before transfers. He´s a grandkid of a sister in the ward who recently moved from Mexico City to here because of his dad´s work and we´ve been working a lot with him. He's a great kid and learns things really well and it's been really nice to be able to teach him.
This morning as a zone we all went to the store and bought a ton of eggs (90 of them to be exact), chorizo, cheese, tortillas, and salsa and made breakfast burritos at the church! It was a really great time and actually not that hard to make considering it was a ton of food. I really like the zone I've got right now and I'll definitely miss them when I get transferred next week. We played some soccer and football after that and just had a really good time.
Speaking of transfers, I'm about 99.9999999% sure I'm getting transferred out of here haha and I'm pretty excited and to be honest a bit anxious as well to find out where I'm going and who my comp will be.
Well, that's about it for this week. Also I'm super stoked for the Utes this year in football, I can't believe they're number 3 right now and I wish I was home to watch them play haha. But only eight months left!! Alright love you guys, cuídense!
Con amor,
