Buenas tardes familia!
Como están? This week actually went really well for the both of us! We haven't had too much work lately, but this week we went out looking for people and visiting tons of old investigators that the past Elders stopped visiting as well as some converts that had been baptized in the past few years and found lots of new people to teach! Bad news though, my front tire on my bike sort of exploded while I was riding it and we had to go to the bike shop three times because our tire tubes kept popping, so we got held back a little bit by doing all of that, but overall everything went pretty well. We found a lot of people that seem generally interested in what we have to teach but none of them were able to make it to church, but we're going to keep working hard this week so we can start having some more success here.
We're looking forward to the Christmas package for the ties and some candy haha. Speaking of that, I still haven't gotten it yet but we're going to talk to the Hermano soon so I can get a hold of it.
I don't really know what it's going to be like down here for Thansgiving but it's very possible that we find some gringo members and eat some turkey with them. That would be nice haha I really miss traditional American food.
Umm everything else is going pretty well, nothing too exciting or different happened so I think I'll leave it at that.
Thanks for all of the emails, I love and miss each one of you guys! Less than eight months left to go!!!
Con amor, Elder Thayne
